Travel Legal FAQs

Clear answers about our lawful migration, study, employment, visa, documentation, and relocation support.
Requirements vary by destination and application type, so we assess every client individually.

We begin with an assessment of your profile, destination, purpose of travel, qualifications, and supporting documents. Our team then explains suitable lawful pathways, the applicable requirements, expected stages, professional fees, and government charges before you decide to proceed.

Travel Legal supports eligible clients with work, study, visit, permanent residence, family relocation, employment and school matching, document preparation, application submission, tracking, travel preparation, and arrival or settlement support where available.

No. Only the relevant embassy, immigration authority, school, employer, or government agency can make a final decision. We improve application quality through careful assessment, accurate documentation, lawful representation, and transparent guidance, but we never promise an approval.

The right pathway depends on your destination, purpose, age, education, work experience, finances, family circumstances, and immigration history. Common routes include work permits, study permits, visitor visas, permanent residence, skilled migration, family routes, and employer-sponsored programmes.

Before engagement, we provide a service agreement explaining our professional fees, payment schedule, and scope of work. Embassy, government, school, testing, medical, biometric, courier, or third-party charges are separate and are identified where applicable. Payments should only be made through authorised Travel Legal channels.

Requirements differ by programme and destination. They may include a valid passport, photographs, civil records, academic documents, employment evidence, financial records, police clearance, medical results, language tests, admission letters, or employer documents. Your case manager will provide a personalised checklist and file-format guidance.

We commit to lawful advice, honest eligibility feedback, clear fees and timelines, careful handling of documents, regular case updates, and respect for client confidentiality. We will also tell you when a proposed route is unsuitable or when additional evidence is required.

We track available updates, help you respond to lawful requests for additional information, and explain the next steps communicated by the relevant authority. Processing times remain controlled by the decision-making body and may change without notice.

Process & Support

Before You Get Started

Understand how our managed process works, who we support, and what happens before and after an application.
Contact our team if you need advice about your particular circumstances.

It means a dedicated team guides your case from assessment and planning through document preparation, lawful submission, tracking, and travel or settlement preparation. The exact scope is stated in your service agreement and depends on the destination and pathway selected.

Preparation time depends on how quickly required documents, tests, funds, admissions, or employer evidence become available. Government and institutional processing times are separate and can change. We provide realistic estimates based on current information, but we do not control official timelines.

We primarily support Nigerians and other African applicants seeking lawful opportunities in our covered destinations. Eligibility depends on the selected programme and the applicant’s personal circumstances. An assessment is required before we recommend a route or accept a full-service engagement.

Yes, where included in your selected service. Support may cover travel preparation, accommodation guidance, airport pickup coordination, destination onboarding, and settlement information. Availability and third-party costs vary by country and are confirmed before travel.

Start with an assessment or consultation. We will review your goals and profile, identify suitable lawful options, explain the documents and costs involved, and provide a written service agreement if you choose to proceed.
